Firstly, I would like to say thank you for taking the time to speak with me regarding North Coast Chocolates. Though we are in our infancy, we are so excited and passionate about the journey that we are embarking on and can’t wait to share this with the communities of Caithness.
Having grown up in Thurso, I've always maintained a strong connection to the area through family, friends, and work. Much of my time is spent here and, over the years, I've developed an even greater appreciation for the community, local businesses, and the people that make the county such a special place.
Launching my business here felt like a natural choice. It's an opportunity to invest in the area that shaped me, support the local community, and build something meaningful in the place that I'll always call home. I'm proud to be starting this new chapter in Caithness and look forward to serving the people and businesses that make it thrive.
A reminder of our Goal
At North Coast Chocolate Company, we are a small, family-run business. We are incredibly proud of our home county and want to take the opportunity to highlight the incredible produce that is available right here. Our aim is to use ingredients that come from home as much as possible: from the butter we use in our creamy ganaches; to the berries we grow at home for our tangy gels; to the salt we harvest from Dunnet Bay itself! Our priority is showcasing what is available within the 30-mile radius of Caithness to not only the locals but to the wider country and beyond, especially when you are willing to get creative with your carbon footprint!

Our Flavours
As we prepare for the official launch of our online store on 10th July, customers will be able to choose from a range of carefully curated and customisable options. These include boxes of 6, 12 or 24 featuring our signature collection of six flavours of our artisan bonbons, individual flavour boxes of 4, and a bespoke "Build Your Own" option, allowing customers to create a selection tailored to their preferences.

We are delighted to partner with like-minded retailers, hospitality venues, and independent businesses that share our passion for exceptional quality and customer experience.
Our wholesale programme has been designed to be flexible and accessible, with a minimum order quantity of just 10 units across any combination of our product range, including boxes of 4, 6, 12 or 24.
Partners benefit from a generous 30% trade margin on all orders, with an enhanced margin of 32% available on orders of 20 units or more. This allows you to mix and match products to suit your customers while enjoying competitive returns and access to our handcrafted collection.
We are pleased to also offer a bespoke supply option for cafés, restaurants, and hospitality venues wishing to serve our chocolates individually. By reducing packaging and supplying in larger quantities, we can offer preferential trade pricing without compromising on quality, helping you create a premium customer experience while maximising your margins.
